My home-visit birthing coach services simplify your pregnancy journey. I provide personalized support by listening to your needs, answering your questions, and preparing you for childbirth. I'll teach relaxation techniques and newborn care, tailoring each visit to ensure you feel supported and confident throughout your journey.
Lactation Support
At Birthing Sensibly, I help mothers initiate breastfeeding for newborns. My services include getting the baby to latch and help with milk supply issues, all while making breastfeeding a seamless process for you. I am dedicated in supporting and teaching you how to feel comfortable with breastfeeding alone and deal with challenges that can arise.
Birthing Coach
As your birthing coach, I'm here to guide you during childbirth. I use emotional support and practical help throughout your labor. I offer realistic information and insight into childbirth and provide strategies on how to enjoy the process as well as the aftermath. Whether you choose a natural or medicated birth, I'll make sure you feel comfortable and in charge.
